FAQs

Do numbers move in two weeks, or just our understanding?
You leave with a ranked plan and owners. Numbers typically move in the next sprint once fixes are shipped.

How is this different from what our analytics team does?
Analytics tells you what happened. We explain why and what to do first. Think value moments, cues, recovery paths, manager routines all ranked by impact.

Why weeks 4/8/12?
They’re common habit windows that predict renewal, depth, and word-of-mouth. If you’re stable there, you’re stable later.

What if our events are messy or traffic is low?
We can use proxies and still see the shape of the pattern.

Will you run experiments?
This package delivers the map and plan. To run tests, add Experiment Ops (£8k/2 tests) or move into Adoption Sprint.

Does this work for internal roll-outs?
Yes. We include manager routines, simple scripts, and coverage targets alongside product prompts.

Is it compliant and brand-safe?
Yes. We avoid coercive patterns, require clear consent and reversibility, and can add an Ethical Review (1 week, £2k) if needed.
